Pre-production items

Here are a list of Parker materials that people have given me, with special thanks to Dan Zazove who gave me the first packet that started this folder.

Early "Research Shop Orders" to create models of the 75:

November 15, 1962
February 27, 1963

March 11, 1963

The last one seems to be pen that is the final design.  One interesting item to note is that these orders refer to the pen as the "International CartridgePen" or the "International Fountain Pen".

Update of September 25, 2005

Here are some pens that I believe are actually design prototypes for the 75 and possibly Premiers.  I make this assessment because of the features such as the stacked ring tassie, clip, arrowhead, arrow feathers, and patterns are similar to what ended up on the 75s or Premier.

Float your cursor over the caps on some of these pens (except the middel pen devoid of any pattern) and click the link to see more pictures of that particular design.
