Here are more pictures of this model Premier. From its relative scarcity in the USA, lack of US marketing brochures and price lists that include this model, and my observation that most came from Europe, I infer that Parker marketed this pen in Europe.
As you can see with this better detail, here is what the original Premier section looks like. Notice that it has a gold band with engraved lines going completely across the band.
