Notes

Slight variation of the standard issue Milleraies, this one has a real opal for a cabochon.

While it is relatively easy for a jeweler to perform this cosmetic surgery, it is rumored that Parker Australia did this to more than a few 75 FPs. This pen had no such marking to indicate who or where this modification was done; the standard markings only show that it was made in France with a code stamped TE.

Due to the larger size of this opal, it may be that the tassies was originally flat and the appropriate indentation to accommodate the opal was made right up to the edge.
