This design appears to be closer to the Premier size although the tassies look like 75.
Interestingly, if you look closely at where the clip meets the tassie, this clip seems to be part of the tassie itself.
When you take the pen apart, you can see that these were mock-ups and non-functional. Thus these pictures imply that these were made to evaluate the design.
