Sections with numbers

I examined my Premier sections for FP and RB and I discovered that each one had numbers inscribed on the unthreaded plastic that inserts into the barrel.  Here are some examples.

I do not know if this is a characteristic of Premier sections, but these samples certainly cause me to make that inference.  If you have any comments or Parker material on this subject, please email me.
