Here is a floral pattern. My guess is that this was not produced by Parker France. Others have further speculated that this was produced in South America using a Lacquer 75 that its lacquer finished removed down to the underlying brass. In this case, it would appear that, after the engraving, the entire cap and barrel were goldplated.
