This is the Classic BP prototype model Parker made for Tiffany. It comes in two different textures with the same trademarked blue color: matte and smooth.

You will note from the close-up of the cap that there are no Parker markings, indicating that these pens are truly prototypes. The discoloration of the trim is due to the fact that they are made of sterling silver so they could use a good polish. The clip, however, is only silverplated.

To my knowledge, Tiffany never sold this pen so it is quite an exciting piece to add to your collection. These pens are new but quite old, straight from a retired Parker employee.
