The cap tassie of the sterling version does not have any cabochon, while barrel tassie is dimpled. The vermeil version, however, does have a cabochon on the cap; the barrel tassie is dimpled.
There are six straight lines running down the length of the cap and barrel, and there is a 6 rows of single chevrons between each pair of straight lines. This pattern is similar to the Chevron model.
