Here's the inscription on the cap band indicating 0,750 OR which is French for 18K gold, and the hallmarks on the barrel with the familiar eagle's head and the sponsor's mark, Parker Pens.
The cap and barrel tassies also have this eagle's head hallmark but there is an additional which is difficult to discern.
Magnifying the above tassie images we can see that the additional hallmark has the letters "ST".
Perhaps this is some jeweler's stamp? If you know what this ST hallmark means please email me.
