It has been almost two weeks since I heard from Patrick, so I emailed him:
Patrick,
No package so far. It is now more than 2 months since
you sent the pens
Have you heard back from the German postal
authorities on the trace?

your injury is not keeping you from replying.

OK, since Patrick is not responding, I give him a stern warning:
Patrick,
I have been calm and patient with you. I also have
not given up but I grow weary of this.
Please return my money. I never got the Damier you
claim to have sent.
Know that I have some influence in the pen community
and my Parker 75 website is frequently visited. I can lay bare all the facts
over this failed transaction on my website, and also notify the Writing
Equipment Society of your behavior.
Let me hear from you soon.
